Clackmannanshire Council invites tenders for the provision of professional marketing and promotional services to support Sport & Leisure facilities and programmes, including the forthcoming Wellbeing Hub. The contract will deliver a comprehensive rebrand and enhancement of promotional activity, ensuring a consistent, high quality and commercially focused approach across all services.The successful supplier will be responsible for planning and delivering targeted marketing campaigns; producing high quality digital and printed content; and developing clear, compelling promotional copy and messaging.
