The works comprise the replacement of existing Window & Door install works to a selection of the Associations properties.

Lot 1
The works comprise the replacement of existing Window & Door install works to a selection of the Associations properties (In year 1 but that will be the max spend 180,165 GBP) the contract must be fully completed by 30 November 2026. Properties are as per the attached Address List and Specification. The Association reserve the right to offer one-off installs at voids or properties requiring new Windows &/or Doors, these will be provided by the contractor at the agreed contract rates and should be fast-tracked and installed within 10 days from survey. It is expected that it is likely to be approximately 5 -10 properties per annum but this number may vary and they are not guaranteed as part of the contract.. See ITT
Options: As required
Renewal: The Association have the option to extend for a further 3 x single 12-month periods at the Association discretion to have a phased approach to deliver each year's programme. The estimated spend in the 5 years is outlined below:
