The Scottish Government, through its Marine Directorate, has initiated an open procurement process for a framework agreement concerning the service, calibration, and maintenance of Sea-Bird Scientific oceanographic instrumentation. This active tender, titled "Framework Agreement for the Service, Calibration and Maintenance of Sea-Bird Scientific Oceanographic Instrumentation," falls under the 'general public services' industry category and involves services to be delivered at suppliers' premises. The requirement for a demonstrated yearly turnover and financial stability ensures that the competition favours established firms with a robust financial standing and a proven technical record.
