River Clyde Homes is looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake door entry system reactive repairs to its properties within Inverclyde. River Clyde Homes is responsible for approximately 600 door entry systems. Repairs must be responded to and resolved within 5 working days. However, on occasion RCH may deem that a reactive repair requires urgent attention. These jobs must be responded to and resolved within 4 hours.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to an additional two, 12-month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
