Maryhill Housing Association (MHA) seeks to appoint a qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a programme of: Gas servicing + reactive repairs Boiler Replacements ASHP servicing and reactive repairs HHR upgrades to properties within the Maryhill area of Glasgow, including providing a 24-hour call out service to attend to emergency and urgent reactive repairs.

Gas servicing including routine maintenance and reactive repairs, providing a 24-hour call out service to attend to emergency and urgent reactive repairs.
Renewal: The buyer may, entirely at their discretion, extend the contract by two further periods of one year.
Boiler ReplacementsA programme of boiler replacements to selected properties within MHA stock.

ASHP Installations & Reactive Repairs and HHR UpgradesDeliver a programme of ASHP servicing including routine maintenance and reactive repairs, plus a 24-hour emergency call out service. Carry out a separate programme of HHR upgrades to selected properties within MHA stock.
