Summary of the contracting process

Glasgow City Council is seeking architectural design proposals through the Albert Cross Design Contest. Shortlisted teams must be prepared to obtain the required employers’, public liability, products liability and professional indemnity insurance for any resulting Design Services Contract. Participants must also accept that the Council will receive title to intellectual property rights in submissions and related materials, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
