Notice Description
Provision of a three-year subscription renewal for SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced (AE500), providing network infrastructure monitoring, alerting and performance management for COPFS. The SolarWinds application is a service used to monitor and alert status on critical network infrastructure. This application allows ISD to identify potential problems or capacity issues on the COPFS network infrastructure, allowing preventative, rather than reactive support of the network infrastructure.

COPFS has awarded a contract for the renewal of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced for Enterprise AE500 (up to 500 nodes). The solution provides critical network and infrastructure monitoring, alerting, performance management and reporting capabilities, enabling proactive management of the COPFS IT environment. The contract includes a three-year software subscription, together with associated support and maintenance services. Computacenter (UK) Ltd are the single supplier on the Software Value Added Reseller Services (SVARS) framework, which has been through a fully compliant regulated procurement process and takes into consideration Fair Work Practices and Sustainability requirements. It offers a quick and competitively priced route to procure software licences and support. It is therefore, proposed to renew through Computacenter (UK).
