CRM Platform (Donor and Session Programme)
Description: NHS Blood and Transplant is progressing with the Donor and Session Platform (DASP) Programme, a transformative digital programme that aims to modernise donor engagement and session delivery. To deliver DASP effectively, NHSBT intend to procure: Three strategic delivery partners to work alongside NHSBT teams. A CRM platform and software components. Procurement will be phased and NHSBT are now starting engagement with suppliers who can meet requirements for a CRM Platform for the Donor and Session Programme.
