Great Dunmow Town Council is inviting tenders for the provision of a new hosted telephony system and business-grade fibre internet connection under a five-year contract, with an option to review after three years. The Council currently requires eight phones, with the ability to add more in future as needed. We are seeking a modern VoIP solution supported by reliable fibre internet, together with world-class customer service and technical support. Suppliers are encouraged to put forward their own proposals and ideas for system design, showing how their solution would best meet the Council's needs for flexibility, reliability, and ease of use. Ofqual is seeking a supplier who will be able to produce, as and when needed, specified Ofqual communications in British Sign Language (BSL). Since 2020, we have produced BSL versions of a number of documents aimed at a student audience. Previous examples include the Student Guide to post-16 qualification results that was published in summer 2020, and the series of videos supporting the first consultation on GCSE BSL assessment arrangements. We intend to produce similar types of videos in 2025 and future years, and are looking to appoint a supplier for 2 years in the first instance, on a call-off contract. Background: West London Waste Authority is a statutory waste disposal authority that was created in 1986. We are responsible for disposing of waste collected by the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, and Richmond upon Thames. About 1.7 million people live in this area, which covers 38,000 hectares. This expression of interest (EoI) is for the collection, repair, and distribution back into the community of laptops, which have been disposed of at West London Waste Authority's (WLWA) managed / supported Household Reuse and Recycling Centres (HRRCs). There may be potential opportunities to also collect other small electrical and electronic devices (small kitchen appliances, hair / beauty devices, and gaming consoles) on an ad hoc basis. Selection would be based on responses to the questions in the attached questionnaire. Place of performance: This service will initially be required at three sites, namely: (1) Townmead Road (off Mortlake Road, Kew, TW9 4EL, Richmond); (2) Greenford Road (UB6 9AR, Ealing); and (3) Spacewaye (Pier Road, Feltham TW14 0TH - Hounslow) sites. Financial / commercial considerations: It is estimated that there would be a total of circa 0.1 - 1 tonne of items per annum for collection across the three sites.
