Leverstock Green Shopping Parade is a well-used local centre serving the surrounding residential community. The parade consists of several retail units and is an important hub for both residents and local businesses. The existing roof structure covering the shopping units has been assessed and found to be beyond economic repair. As such, a full roof replacement is required to ensure the ongoing integrity and safety of the premises. Above the retail units are residential flats, which are set back from the roofline, but the presence of residents should be taken into account when planning and delivering the works. We are inviting experienced and innovative food and beverage providers to engage with us as part of a soft market testing exercise that will inform the future procurement of a new café operator for this key green space.
