Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Specialist Housing Related Support. The Tender is split into 4 separate Lots - Lot 1 - Accommodation Based Housing Related Support for People with Learning Disabilities/Autism, Lot 2 - Accommodation Based Housing Related Support for People with Mental Health Support needs, Lot 3 - Floating Support Services for People with Learning Disabilities/Autism, Lot 4 - Floating Support Services for People with Mental Health Support needs. The tender process to be used is an open procedure (Light Touch Regime). The contract is anticipated to commence 1 December 2024 with the initial term of the contract ending by 30 November 2029 with an option to extend for a period or periods of 12 months, not to exceed 24 months (30 November 2031). The Authority has estimated the value of the Services for the 7 year period to be £7,731,214.40. The contracts though have a level of flexibility with the ability to increase the Number of Units, Service hours, if their is the demand, throughout the term of the contracts, this flexibility allows for the full term total value for all contracts under the 4 Lots to increase to a maximum of £29,834,231.84 The estimated values are given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) - Physiotherapy Services Early engagement We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations/individuals interested in providing a Physiotherapy for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) service across Hull and East Yorkshire. CFS is a complex, chronic medical condition in which people often experience a fluctuation in symptoms. In summary, the requirement is to provide specialist assessment and treatment to meet the needs of people with CFS, whilst ensuring treatment interventions meet the standards required for HCPC Proficiency. The service will be delivered during the period of 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday and from the provider's premises. The premises must be accessible to patients within the catchment area and be fully compliant with business building regulations for health and safety. The model assumes a specialist clientele in which trust and a person-centred approach is required. Recognising that clients may need to be seen on more than a few occasions to gain trust, previous experience delivering chronic fatigue physiotherapy is essential. Referrals for the service currently average around 16 pcm. The service is to commence during August 2024. Hull City Council is currently in the process of undertaking a market engagement exercise using open invitation to establish market interest in, and to inform, its procurement for the Design & Build and Operation & Maintenance of the Hull District Heat Network (HDHN). Details of the Hull scheme currently being developed are attached for your information.
