The University has a requirement for the purchase of a high-speed camera. The camera must be equipped with CMOS image sensor technologies to allow for extensive high-speed digital imaging needed. It needs to be used in a wide variety of applications. An example application is a wind tunnel environment with a working distance around 200-500mm and an object size of 50-200mm. The following technical specifications are required: • Monochrome high-speed Imaging with a minimum frame rate of 15,000 fps at 768 x 768 pixels. • Provides 12-bit image recording with a minimum ISO 64,000 monochrome light sensitivity. • Features a lightweight, rugged, and sealed design to protect internal components from dust and corrosion. • Flexible shutter speeds capable of achieving 1ms to 0.2µs independent of frame rate. • Manual and TTL external sync trigger modes. • Equipped with a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface. • A minimum of 16GB memory with memory segmentation option. • Compatible with Nikon F-Type mount. • Sensor size must be 28.96mm diagonal to be compatible to our existing optical and magnification systems for some specific applications. • It should come with user-friendly imaging software and SDK support for MATLAB and LabView integration. Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of a service to support people seeking asylum and refugees to access healthcare. Nottingham City Council aim to procure a service to support people seeking asylum and refugees to access healthcare, register with a GP and dentist, make healthcare appointments, access translation services as needed for their appointments, book in for maternity care, and obtain HC2 certificates. The service will also signpost to other services as appropriate. The service should be easily accessible, offering face to face sessions and outreach work, engaging with GP practices and working with local community and voluntary sector partners to build understanding of the needs of people seeking asylum and refugees. The contract duration will be for 3 years with a possible extension of 2 years at the Council's discretion. The total contract value is estimated to be a maximum of £136,817 per annum (maximum of £684,085 over the total length of the contract including any potential extensions). The anticipated contract start date will be 1 April 2025. This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Nottinghamshire County Council wish to appoint Providers under a ‘Framework Agreement’ to deliver Care, Support and Enablement (CSE) services across Nottinghamshire County. From time to time the Framework Agreement may also be used to commission CSE services outside of Nottinghamshire County boundaries. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of four years and options to extend for up to a further 24 months. All Providers under this Framework Agreement must have: • a minimum of three years of recent organisational and/or management experience in the delivery of care, support and enablement services for people with disabilities and/or complex needs. • a commercial office location within the Nottinghamshire boundary, or within a fifteen-mile radius of the Nottinghamshire boundary. In addition to the above, Providers bidding for services under lots 1, 2 and 3 of this Framework Agreement must have: • a current registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the delivery of the regulated activity of personal care. Registration with CQC is not a requirement for Providers solely bidding for lot 4.
