Notice Description

Environment Agency led a procurement for a pan-Defra Unified Communications platform and EA and Defra implemented the resulting solution. Implementation is reaching the end but there is a continuing need for telephony technical support to make a number of technical changes to the Defra IT network, work with the Unified Communications supplier to re-configure elements of the new system to address user issues, decommission the old telephony used across the Estate. Telephony technical support services are required to ensure the implementation proceeds to plan and IBM and the UC service provider's technical work is managed appropriately. Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions. In order to access the Bravo system you will need to be registered.
