IWM is looking for a media monitoring service which will allow us to monitor and report on press coverage about Imperial War Museums. Specification: *Wide-ranging, timely, relevant and accurate coverage pulled through daily for IWM across regional, national and international print, broadcast, online and podcast media (essential). *Coverage will be pulled through automatically - where any coverage is missed, the system will ensure this is uploaded within 24 hours with accurate statistics (essential) *Provide accurate press statistics, including circulation figures, items of coverage, AVE and sentiment (essential) *Provide simple and effective ways to tag and pull data from coverage for specific campaigns or announcements (essential) *Provide access to press clippings (through IWM's NLA license where required) (essential) *System will be accurate, regularly monitored and kept up to date (essential) *The new platform will ensure IWM's audience segments and campaigns can be easily tagged and measured, and notes can be added to coverage where needed (essential) *Reporting tools for IWM to be able to report on coverage, pull through statistics and campaign details (essential) *Provide a morning daily bulletin of coverage that is intuitive and digestible (essential) *The system will be usable and intuitive (essential) *The system will allow for at least 8 users (essential) *The system will provide a dedicated account manager and reliable customer service (essential) *The system will provide helpful benchmarking data on campaigns and coverage about institutions within the arts and culture sector (essential) *IWM's comms team will be provided with a trial of the system, allowing our team to log in and explore the system (essential) *Access to international coverage (desirable) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
