Plant Hire Framework With and Without Operator

Notice Description

Norfolk County Council wishes to establish a framework agreement of suppliers for the hire of both operated and non-operated plant and associated equipment as detailed in this application. Successful applicants will be appointed to the framework agreement to provide these services in accordance with the service specification, together with the documents making up the Contract. The framework will consist of 5 Lots (each with 3 operational areas) as follows: Lot 1 - Plant Hire with Operator Lot 2 - Plant Hire with Operator (including Labour Only Option) Lot 3 - 180 degree Four Wheel Drive Excavator with Operator Lot 4 - Plant Hire without Operator Lot 5 - Traffic management plant hire Orders placed off the framework will be awarded on an individual basis Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system. To participate in this procurement, applicants must first be registered on the system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc/aspx/BuyerProfiles.
