Contract for a fault rectification break-fix support service for Dell servers and storage devices. This service will be provided by the supplier to Gateshead Council. Devices to be covered are located at the Gateshead Civic Centre, the Central Library and other Gateshead Council sites at different locations throughout the Borough.
