Summary of the contracting process

The University of East Anglia is seeking suppliers for the "PURCON 710 Marketing Supplies Framework," a procurement process focusing on various marketing services within the UK. The procurement method is an open procedure and is currently at the award stage, with the contract period set from 1st September 2020 to 31st August 2022. This initiative encompasses multiple lots including design, video production, photography, and print services, allowing suppliers to engage in ad hoc projects as needed. The tender closed on 31st January 2020, and potential participating suppliers should be based in the East of England region.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses within the marketing, design, and printing sectors. Companies suitably equipped include those offering creative design, copywriting, photography, video production, and promotional merchandise, especially those that can operate flexibly to meet the university's diverse marketing needs. SMEs are encouraged to participate, as there is room for various service providers in this established framework, which serves the wider university community through its dedicated buying processes.

Notice Title

PURCON 710 Marketing Supplies Framework - AWARD

Notice Description

The University of East Anglia (UEA) has a Lead Creative Agency who is responsible for it's main marketing recruitment campaigns. However, there is a need to appoint suppliers who would be used outside the main agency agreement and these would take up ad hoc and reactive works, or works where a full service agency approach may not be required. The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking to appoint suppliers to form a Marketing Supplier Framework to work with the University from the Autumn, 2019. This framework will be managed by ARM or associated specialist UEA managers (i.e. print). In addition to it being used across the ARM department, it will also be open for use across the entire university. This tender covers seven lots and suppliers may participate in offering services across multiple lots: Lot 1 - Design Lot 2 - Video and animation Lot 3 - Photography Lot 4 - Copywriting and Proof reading Lot 5 -Microsites Lot 6 - Print, Exhibitions and Temporary Signage Lot 7 - Promotional Merchandise
