Wigan Council are seeking to appoint a hospitality consultant to join the project team and lead on the process to secure a hospitality partner to work with the Council through a partnership approach to maximise the opportunity to establish a high quality and unique proposition that contributes to the Council ambition of positioning Haigh Hall and Haigh Woodland Park as a regional attraction.
