Notice Description

A software solution is required by Lincolnshire Community Health Services which will enable smartphones to be adapted to lone worker devices. Up to 1000 users would have access to this initially and Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust may wish to have access to this contract at a later date, which may mean an additional 300 users bringing the possible total up to 1300 approx. Key requirements would require: The ability of users to make a covert call at a time of danger. The ability of users to make an open call at a time of danger. Users to have access to an emergency call centre that is manned 24/7. All users to be tracked and for calls to be digitally recorded. Local traffic and weather notifications to be available to users. Management to be able to manage user access, locations and alerts via a web portal.
