Fleet Management System
Notice Description
North Wales Police require a Fleet Management Software System that will support the management, and maintain accurate records of all vehicles and vehicle equipment as detailed more particularly in the tender specification documents. The contract will commence on 7th May 2022 and will run for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 4 years in multiples of 12 months. Further information and documentation is available on the EU Supply/Bluelight E-tendering system at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHT Any questions should be raised via the Messaging section of the Tender, please note that no correspondence will be entered into outside of the system. The closing date for responses is Tuesday 22nd February at 2pm. Mae angen System Meddalwedd Fflyd ar Heddlu Gogledd Cymru a fydd yn cefnogi'r tim rheoli ac yn cynnal cofnodion cywir o bob cerbyd ac offer fel y gwelir yn nogfennau penodol y tendr. Bydd y cytundeb yn dechrau ar 7 Mai 2022 ac yn rhedeg am gyfnod cychwynnol o 3 blynedd, gyda'r dewis i barhau am 4 mlynedd arall mewn cyfres o 12 mis. Ceir mwy o wybodaeth a dogfennaeth ar system e-dendro EU Supply/Bluelight ar https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHT Dylai unrhyw gwestiynau gael eu gofyn drwy'r adran Negeseuon yn y Tendr, nodwch nad oes hawl gohebu y tu allan i'r system.
