Notice Description

WM Housing Group seeks to appoint a competent and experienced Service Provider who can demonstrate the ability and commitment to provide a most up to date hosted HR and Payroll integrated system and user licences; provide project management, implementation and consultancy services; deliver high quality user training and system administration; perform data migration, customisation and integration services; and provide a simplistic reporting system with a suite of standard reports along with the option of bespoke reports in accordance with the Group's requirement as detailed in the specification at competitive costs. The successful bidder must be able to demonstrate their ability and commitment to meet the requirement detailed on schedule A; the service specification, and tenderer shall provide a project manager as the single point of contact between their project team and WM Housing group relating to the project, and shall provide consultants specialising in the implementation of the New payroll system. The project team is expected to work closely with the WM Housing group project team providing change management services to facilitate the implementation of the proposal as scheduled on the tender timetable.
