    Dane Road Promenade, along Seaford Seafront, is a stunning location right at the centre of the sweeping Seaford Bay. Just a five-minute walk from Seaford Train Station, this popular site encompasses the striking presence of Seaford Head and the cliffs on the eastern side, and Newhaven Harbour with Mount Pleasant in the distance on the western side. The concession is offered as a footprint of land only (dimensions 2mx4m) on Seaford promenade whereby a mobile concession and picnic benches could be placed, offering refreshments to a wide variety of visitors including locals, tourists, beach-users, ramblers, families, anglers and sport enthusiasts.
