Notice Description

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting quotations from suitably qualified suppliers to work with the PCC project team to design and deliver MS SharePoint Online. The work will include the configuration of SharePoint as the Councils secure cloud-based collaboration tool. It will also migrate data from the existing on-premise network (W:) drive, placing this data within the new SharePoint data structures in a design suitable to meet operational needs of the diverse range of business services. This is a key element as data management within SharePoint provides the foundations on which all other Microsoft services build. Scoring will be based on Quality 60% and Price 40%. details are found within the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The relevant documentation and terms and conditions are attached. Please ensure your quote is valid for 30 days, and is a quote exclusive of VAT.
