Cambridgeshire County Council Learning Management System With An Incorporated Booking Events System
Notice Description
The main challenge for Cambridgeshire County Council's (CCC) digital services is how to help frontline teams respond to an increasing demand of its services from a growing and diverse population in the current economic climate. It is CCCs aim for their IT and digital services to work harder to help the organisation work smarter that includes access to training material. We need our workforce to be equipped with the right hardware and system access so that their experience of IT is consistently good, across the board. The current training system no longer suits the needs or direction of CCC's vision to secure, accessible, modern, and customer-focused digital services to help create a sustainable 21st Century Council. The drive is for accessible information to have real-time data to benefit the business that includes AI and automation to save manual effort and drive productivity. The goal is to conduct soft market testing to establish if there is a learning management system that meets the increasing needs of CCCs circa 4,500 users and can provide access to external users.
