Panel for Minor Works
Notice Description
Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) wishes to set up a Panel for Minor Works (Supply Chain) to support the SHP repairs team, working in partnership to deliver excellent service to residents. The Panel will consist of contractors who have been pre-approved through this procurement process. Contractors should be aware that being successful in this procurement and being approved to be on the "panel for minor works'' will not guarantee any work. However, SHP may invite you to bid to undertake minor works. The specification requires response times for urgent and emergency works within two or four hours Being on the panel for Minor works is an opportunity for smaller contractors to work with the SHP repairs team, delivering mainly reactive repairs and maintenance services to its tenants and leaseholders. This would include repairs to tenants' homes as well as to communal areas. SHP are seeking a variety of contractors to be on the "Panel for Minor works" to support its delivery, including but not exclusively, the following trades: Plumbers ( including minor drainage works) (Lot 1) Carpenters ( including flooring) (Lot 2) Electricians (Lot 3) Locksmiths (Lot 4) Glazers (Lot 5) Roofers (Lot 6) Groundworkers (Lot 7) General Multi Trades (Lot 8) Works to minor void properties ( minor voids only, mainly decorating and some electrical works) (Lot 9 - NO LONGER USED) Scaffolding (Lot 10) Pest control ( Responsive works) (Lot 11) Miscellaneous Works (Lot 12) The above trades will be divided into 12 Lots. Where a Contractor is unable to establish which Lot their trade falls under, they should bid under 'Miscellaneous Works" (Lot 12) and SHP will allocate their bid to the appropriate lot. Successful contractors will be appointed onto the Panel for Minor Works for a period of three years.
