Notice Description

Three (3) UK Government Departments (British Tourist Authority, Department for International Trade and the GREAT Britain Campaign have merged their separate digital asset management systems into a shared system provided by the UK vendor Brandworkz (www.brandworkz.com). Brandworkz is a cloud-hosted, software-as-a-service solution that has been configured to suit the needs of the Authority. After an alpha and beta phase, we are in the process of launching the service. The purpose of this RFQ is to secure the services of an external supplier to provide ongoing management and operational services to keep the system running and to manage assets being uploaded and track them through the system, in association with Brandworkz and the Authority's internal support and helpdesk services.
