It is expected that this supplier will have a track record of delivering systems fit for a recruitment agency business. The successful company will work closely with ERA to ensure the systems are fit for purpose, delivered and implemented within the specified timescale, staff and users are thoroughly trained and able to pass this training on to any new users.
