Great Yarmouth Borough Council invites tenders for a Commercial Partner to assist in it its bids for funding and with the prospect of running a business from the Great Yarmouth Winter Gardens. The Council has no specific preference in terms of the type of commercial end use and is actively encouraging a range of imaginative/innovative options underpinned by robust business plans that include a commitment to ongoing maintenance of the core structure.
