Notice Description
Cheshire Constabulary are looking to appoint a single provider to conduct the business rates appeal process known as check, challenge, appeal on its behalf on a no win no fee basis. This contract has been awarded following a mini-competition under CCS Framework RM6168 Estate Management Services Lot 6 Value can only be determined in arrears as no win no fee basis linked to the Check/Challenge/Appeal process which identifies business rate savings and the fee can then be calculated. An estimate of PS50,000 has been added as the value, as this contract award notice cannot be published without a value. CPA/SPU/1852P CCS Customer Agreement Reference Number EMS-17354-2022
