Cheshire Constabulary are looking to appoint a single provider to conduct the business rates appeal process known as check, challenge, appeal on its behalf on a no win no fee basis. This contract has been awarded following a mini-competition under CCS Framework RM6168 Estate Management Services Lot 6 Value can only be determined in arrears as no win no fee basis linked to the Check/Challenge/Appeal process which identifies business rate savings and the fee can then be calculated.
