Notice Description

Provide wayfinding consultancy to include: - Evidence based strategy and recommendations on wayfinding sign locations, positions, content and design across the site as and when required by LLA. - Assess best practice and benchmark against international standards, comparison to other airports, regulatory requirements to ensure LLA is compliant - An identified requirement wayfinding expertise over the next 3 years are: security, immigration, MSCP 2, FIDS strategy, passenger information strategy, temporary signage strategy, passenger movement and flow analysis, human behaviour analysis, human factors design research - Represent LLA's best interests when working with third party contractors, suppliers, control authorities in relation to wayfinding and human behaviour and ergonomics Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
