This is a joint contract between Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottingham City Council and Derby City Council (the Contracting Authorities). The initial contract term is five (5) years, with the option to extend for up to a further five (5) years in one-year increments (maximum total term: ten (10) years).
