Notice Description

The Council is seeking to engage a consultant (or consultants) to deliver the programme activity outlined in the specification document. Content themes and key messages will be discussed and agreed with the project board. This project will be delivered over four strands of work: A professional family literacy development programme to deliver intensive family learning, reading and sharing activities to particularly support children due to start school in Sept 24 and Sept 25.
