We are seeking to appoint a Learning and Evaluation Partner to conduct a summative and formative evaluation of our Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) Programme across East Lindsey District Council, Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council (known as South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership - SELCP) Additional information: To view this contract opportunity, prospective suppliers must first register on the Council's electronic tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pspslprocurement/aspx/Home.
