Notice Description

Maintenance and provision of Information Communication Technology and Associated Services and Systems.The Contractor shall provide high quality, timely and proactive ICT services that ensures all the respective systems are in full operation, serviced, and maintained in accordance with the Contacting Authority's specification. The Contractor shall deliver these Services in a way which: a) ensures that the Facilities are safe and secure and do not cause or create any hazard to the local environment and/or any person. b) provides a service, maintains seamless operation of Trust services and to ensure responses and service are met in accordance with the KPI's detailed in the Tender Specification. c) maintains an aesthetically pleasing estate and environment that is conducive to the wellbeing of patients and staff. d) minimises disruption to the Trust's operations. e) provides a high standard of cleanliness and service as required. Additional information: This is a two stage procurement process and all tenderers are required to take note of this process. First stage is Expression of interest and Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) and Second Stage, Invitation To Tender (ITT). The first stage of the process is to express an interest via Due North, the contracting authority's online Tendering Portal. You will then be given access to all the Tender documentation. Please ensure that the Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) is completed in accordance with the instructions provided, ensuring submission before the closing date and time specified. The contracting authority will not accept submissions by any other means. The second stage of the process is only Tenderers shortlisted at the SQ stage will be invited to submit their Tenders before the closing date and time specified. If you are not already a registered supplier on Due North, please follow this link to register for free: https://procontract.due-north.com/register. Once you have successfully expressed your interest via the portal, you will be sent an email directing you to the Pro-Contract site from which you will be able to access and download the tender documentation and any other relevant information. All documents pertaining to this opportunity will be available for download via the Pro-Contract portal from the outset. Please ensure you are able to download all files immediately after accessing the Pro-Contract portal. Please note that Invitation to Tender (ITT) Documentation Sections 'A' and 'B' have been made available for information purposes only and should not be completed at the SQ stage of the procurement process. Tenderers should also note that final submissions must be made via Pro-Contract, no other submission route is permitted. Failure to follow this path will result in the tender submission being disregarded. The uploading process when submitting a Tender via Pro-Contract may take some time. Tenderers should, therefore, start this process in sufficient time to allow for the complete uploading of their tender submission by the Tender Return Time and Date.
