Notice Description

The Authority is looking for suppliers for the provision of Funding Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) after 2021 and further evaluation of Partnership Funding. This is a collaborative procurement that will be funded by the Defra, Environment Agency and Welsh Joint FCERM R&D Programme. The overall objective of the project is: * To conduct further evaluation of Partnership Funding (PF) to provide the evidence base to confirm or refine funding policy for the post-2021 period. The project is primarily concerned with assembling quantitative data on FCERM programme performance under Partnership Funding, though there is also a more qualitative element. Both will require careful data gathering and targeted discussions with key players. Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions.
