Notice Description
The Central London Community Healthcare Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this selection questionnaire ("SQ") to parties wishing to apply for admission to the Assistive Communication Technology, Associated Products and Accessories dynamic purchasing system ("DPS") under which the Authority may purchase assistive technology and associated products as well as accessories for these types of products. The first stage of the DPS, the Supplier Questionnaire ("SQ") and supporting documentation, will be published latest on Monday (9th April) on ProContract under the reference number DN333028 (https://procontract.due-north.com). Submission deadline of the SQ is on Tuesday, 8th May 2018 at 12pm.
