Notice Description

Requirements for this tender Having conducted an initial feasibility market study which demonstrated there is a compelling case for a new hotel within the operating boundary of the airport, LLA would like to move onto the next stage for contracting a professional services advisory company to work with LLA to further develop the opportunity. We are open to consider a range of different models covering turnover-based ground lease, investor-developer JV type models or arm's length brand-operator management contracts. Overall, we are not fixed on a certain type of model and will want to consider the best solution for the airport and LLA. This proposal would cover three phases: o Phase I - Search o Phase II - Selection o Phase III - Contract Negotiation Contract start date end of September 2023 Project length 6 to 12 months Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
