Newcastle City Council are looking to modernise their current provision of telephony within their Contact Centre and back office. The Council intends to complete a procurement exercise in 2019 but would like to invite interested parties to demonstrate and discuss their products to help inform our specification in readiness for a new tender opportunity. Please note this procurement exercise will be published via the CCS Network Services Framework (RM 1045) Lot 5, therefore only organisations on this pre-approved list are invited to take part at this time.
