Notice Description

Slough Borough Council wishes to engage with the market to assist in the design of our technology enabled care (TEC) offer to the residents of Slough. The service will cover a range of health and social care needs (Learning Disabilities (LD), Physical Disabilities (PD), dementia and frailty) and will be delivered in the persons own home (private home, residential setting) as well as supporting individuals to access services in the community. We are interested in hearing from TEC providers to inform a local strategy and delivery plan. We as all interested providers to complete the survey attached. The aim of the survey is to guage interest from providers to assist in the design and delivery of a future model for Technology Enabled Care across Slough: * Provider experience of TEC to promote independence * The options for the future model and design * An understanding of the challenges and opportunities for TEC Slough Borough Council is looking for innovative solutions that are enabling but not intrusive. We would welcome constructive dialogue with TEC providers to help inform our strategy and delivery plan. All interested providers are encouraged to complete the attached document which outlines key lines of enquiry to assist in the development of a TEC options approach.
