The Council wishes to appoint a supplier to replace its current Vehicle Management Information System. The new hosted system must include the following: * Supply of the software to replace the existing system; * Professional services necessary to implement the system; * Training in the new system for end users; * A software maintenance contract for the system; and * Ad-hoc remote support as and when required by SCC. This is an electronic tender via the Councils Pro-contract eTender system.
