London Luton Airport require a full event management service to deliver our first ever staff plus family summer festival of fun. Estimated number of people attending: 500 - but it's anticipated that people will pop in, enjoy and leave not actually stay for the whole duration of the event When mid-July - on a Saturday Event Start Time - 11:00 Event End Time - 15:00 Theme - anything that is family friendly, lots of activities for all ages, bright and colourful, a great day out Update: DO NOT CONTACT LLA DIRECT - LLA has a policy to ensure that all suppliers are treated fairly and transparently. Messages sent directly to staff regarding this opportunity or any other live projects on In-tend will not be responded to. All correspondence MUST be via in-tend's correspondence facility in the project in particular you are interested in. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
