The council is a Government site with connections to the Public Services Network and uses services and data from central Government. Therefore, the council needs to ensure that the winning supplier does not create any IT security weaknesses that could compromise Compliance with the standards requested of us. The system should be Cloud-Based and the supplier's IT Infrastructure must be located in the United Kingdom.
