Notice Description

Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) has a need to bring a large number of Void properties back to a lettable standard in a limited period of time. It intends to enter into separate contracts with a number of Contractors, each on an initial 8-month term contract, with the option to extend for a further 4-months to give 12-months in total. Before each property can be re-let, a survey establishing work required to bring the property up to IBC's 'letting standard will be undertaken by the Contractor and present to IBC for approval, before proceeding with the works. All properties lie within the boundaries of Ipswich and consist of either bungalows, houses, flats or sheltered housing. Additional information: Ipswich Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Void Property Works This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 11/11/2021.
