Supply, Installation and Maintenance of A Car Parking Solution to Include an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) System
Notice Description
Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for the supply, installation and maintenance of a car park solution including ANPR cameras at 5 Hampshire country parks and Calshot Activity Centre. The recommendation is to install an ANPR system at all sites by March 2019, implemented from autumn 2017 on a rolling basis. Site rollout is dependent on detailed discussions with Hampshire County Council at the start of the project delivery phase. The contract will commence on the 02 October 2017 and will be for a period of five years, six months with the option to extend in annual increments for a further two years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/Home and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Monday 21st August 2017. If you have any questions you wish to raise, please ensure you do this before 5pm Friday 4th August. Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
