Notice Description

As part of the English Riviera events strategy there is a need to attract new and exciting events to the bay. The desire is to create exceptional events that appeal to visitors and our local community year-round. As such, we wish to explore the possibility of developing a family focussed Winter Festival Event based on a light-show experience running from mid-November 2021 through to the end of December 2021/January 2022. The event will be similar in format to the Bournemouth Wonderland Experience which attracts 2.2m people to the town annually. Although the level of investment in Year One will be less than that for Bournemouth, the aspiration is to achieve this level in due course. Additional information: Full Access to Documents In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the Tender Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the Opportunities Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk In order to access amendable versions of the Documents and to submit a response Applicants must be registered as Suppliers on ProContract. Applicants should then express an interest in the opportunity and download the Word and Excel format Documents for completion and submission.
