The Council is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the Oaklands House Entrance Lobby, Entrance Foyer, First Floor Landing, Oaklands and committee Meeting Rooms, The Council Chamber and access staircase, Men's and Ladies toilets and the provision of a lift, serving the basement level, ground floor level, chamber floor level and first floor level.
