Herts FullStop (HFS) is the trading arm of Hertfordshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as the 'Council'). HFS provides both Goods and Services to Hertfordshire County Council departments, the education sector, blue light services, the health sector, charities and other Authorities across England with a purchasing turnover in excess of PS40 million. The HFS Catalogue Service manages the purchasing and distribution of circa 17,000 products. The service has an 80,000 square foot warehouse based in Welwyn Garden City, and stocks over 7,300 individual lines. Please see the website www.hertsfullstop.co.uk/ Hampshire County Council Hampshire County Council (HCC) comprises of Children's Services, Corporate Services, Economy, Transport and Environment (ETE), Culture, Communities and Business Services (CCBS) and Adult Services. HCC County Supplies department is one of three business units within the Business Services Group of Culture, Communities and Business Services, the others being Hampshire County Council Catering Services (HC3S), and Hampshire Transport Management. With an annual purchasing turnover of around PS55m, County Supplies is a self-funding, not-for-profit business unit and acts as the buying agent for both internal customers, that is those departments that come under the County's control, and external customers, those establishments that have their own delegated budgets. For further information regarding the customers eligible to access the operation of County Supplies and/or the Framework Agreement, please see the website www.hants.gov.uk/countysupplies Herts FullStop as the Contracting Authority, acting on behalf of the Participant (HCC) is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Office Books and Pads (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") and is seeking suitably qualified Contractor(s) to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise.
