Provide support and hosting for Kew's ticketing system. Single Tender Action on the grounds that it is: An extension to an existing contract to ensure continuity of service whilst a competitive tender exercise is carried out, where it can be demonstrated that the delay in mounting a competitive exercise was caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
