Notice Description

Derby City Council is seeking a Service Provider who will undertake the writing of EHC plans for children and young people up to the age of 25, following a statutory needs assessment and after an annual or interim review. This requirement relates to Part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014 and associated regulations including the 'Special educational needs and disability code of practice: 0 to 25 years'. It relates to children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and disabled children and young people. Additional information: Documents are available at www.eastmidstenders.org Please search for TD1574. Please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 11.59pm, on 23/04/2020. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a bid. The deadline for returns is 10.00am on 24/04/2020. Please note: we will only accept expressions of interest through the e-tendering system.
