Mechanical Services
The Mechanical Services Maintenance Contract is for planned, responsive and cyclical repairs to heating, hot water, ventilation, and air-conditioning services. All PPM is to be completed in accordance with SFG20 standard maintenance specification for building engineering services. The contract is for maintaining plant and equipment 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, 365

Electrical ServicesThe Electrical Services Maintenance Contract is for planned, responsive and cyclical repairs to the corporate buildings throughout the Borough. All PPM is to be completed in accordance with SFG20 standard maintenance specification for building engineering services. The contract is for maintaining plant and equipment 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, 365-days per year and includes emergency call outs outside normal working hours.

Security and Fire Alarm Monitoring and MaintenanceThe Alarm Monitoring and Maintenance Contract is for planned, responsive and cyclical repairs to the fire and security alarms on the corporate buildings throughout the Borough. The contract is for alarm monitoring and maintenance of plant and equipment 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, 365-days per year and includes emergency call outs outside normal working hours.
